‘PAMINA’ JAPANESE ANEMONE
Semi-double rich rose pink. Large blooms late summer through autumn, on 45cm branched stems, above neat foliage carpet. Great groundcover under trees and shrubs. Part Sun to Full Shade. Frost and dry hardy. Water-wise perennial clump. Tolerates wide range of soils including clay and seaside. Good cut flowers. Attracts pollinators.
SEED SOWING ADVICE:
Sow any time indoors in punnets, or scatter directly in garden in autumn and winter.
Sow on surface of good quality seed raising mix. Barely cover with 1mm of mix.
Keep moist, at temperature not above 20C. If no germination in 3-4 weeks, wrap punnet in cling-wrap and keep in fridge (not freezer) for 2-4 weeks. Return to under 20C for germination. Seedlings begin emerging in approx. 30 days. Do not discard punnet as seeds will continue to germinate.
