Pretty sky blue thimbles are held on wiry stems up to 60cm above the carpeting dark green foliage.
Very dry hardy, once established. We have it growing in along the paths where it performs with little attention.
Flowers are in spring and summer.
Enjoys Full Sun or Part Shade, well drained soil. 60cm x 45cm.
SEED SOWING ADVICE: QUICK & EASY
Sow seeds on surface of good quality seed raising mix at any time.
Cover seed punnet with piece of glass or cover with plastic.
Temperature of 18-20degrees C approx is optimum for best germination.
Keep moist at all times, but do not saturate.
Germination should occur in 14-28 days.
Pot on seedlings once two sets of leaves appear to harden off and mature before finally planting out in the garden after last frost.
