White Valerian, Kiss—Me—Quick: An old time favourite that is easy even in very hard conditions. White valerian is an evergreen , bushy perennial with soft, fleshy, blue green foliage. The non stop cluster of tiny White flowers are produced through spring, summer and into autumn. Dead head regularly to keep those blooms coming. Ideal for flower borders and  low maintenance wall-side borders.  Enjoys  full sun to light shade in well drained  soil. Not fussy on soil type. Drought resistant and great for  coastal  gardens. Frost and dry hardy. Good cutting.  90cm H x 90cm W.

Sowing Advice-
Sow Centranthus seeds at any time on to surface of moist, good quality seed raising mix. Just cover with mix to seeds own depth. Place in an unheated poly house or indoors on heat bed at 18-20 degrees C. Germination takes approximately 21-30 days . Slower in cooler weather. Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle to 8cm  pots and grow on. Acclimatise and plant out in late spring with 30cm spacing, Can be sown directly  October –Dec. Sow 2mm deep, thin to 30cm spacing.
