Delphinium tatsienense
CHINA BLUE DELPHINIUM

Showy sprays of china-blue butterfly flowers are charming on the petite, bushy Delphinium tatsienense China Blue.
So it is a dwarf Delphinium, but makes a big impact, with large, butter-fly winged flowers which bloom repeatedly through summer.
They also make lovely bunches of cut flowers, and richly deserve the common name of “China Blue Delphinium”. Because the colour is of the most pure, piercing china blue.

Delphinium tasienense enjoys Full Sun, though it will also tolerate a little Dappled Shade, or Shade for just part of the day if necessary.
And it is frost hardy, so making it an easy growing and low maintenance plant.
