Erysimum cheiri syn. Cheiranthus ‘Cloth of Gold’ – The large golden-yellow flowers are very fragrant, & will supply an abundance of cut flowers from mid-spring and throughout summer. Ideal for borders, edging, & of course, walls!  Extremely easy to grow in well drained soils & full sun.

Sowing Advice-
Sow Erysimum cheiri syn. Cheiranthus ‘Cloth of Gold’ seed in late summer to early winter for spring flowering. Surface sow in pots or containers containing good quality seed raising mix . Cover with a fine thin layer of seed raising mix. The compost should be kept moist but not wet at all times. Seeds germinate in 7 to 10 days at 20°C. Prick out each seedling as it becomes large enough to handle, transplant into 7.5cm pots. Gradually acclimatize to outdoor conditions for 10-15 days before planting out after all risk of frost.
