Geranium pyreniacum Summer Sky – The deeply notched petals of this pretty pinkish mauve form almost resembles pink Gypsophila. The endless spray of 1.5cm pinkish mauve flowers are produced from spring to autumn. Ideal for hot spots in the garden and self seeds freely. Easy for under planting roses. Semi evergreen foliage resembling scalloped water lily leaves make permanent neat mounds. Enjoys full sun, humus rich well drained soil. 50cm x 45cm.
Sow Geranium pyreniacum Summer Sky seeds in good quality compost or seed raising mix at anytime. Lightly cover with fine river sand or compost to their own depth. Place in a propagator or cover with a plastic lid in a warm place. We recommend germinating at 15-20 degrees C keep moist at all times, but do not saturate. Usually germinates in 30 to 90 days. Pot on seedlings to harden off and mature before finally planting out in the garden.
