Description

Linaria purpurea ‘Canon Went’ Toadflax – A delightful plant with tall spikes of pink and mauve tiny flowers that resemble miniature snapdragons. Easy to grow and flowers prolifically in a sunny spot. The delicate plants take up little space and provid a softening haze in perennial borders.

Sowing Advice-
Sow indoors August to September in pots or trays of fine compost and keep moist. Keep in a cold frame until they germinate. Harden off in October and transplant seedlings 30cm apart when large enough to handle to final position.

Plant Direct-
This hardy, clump forming perennial suits a wide range of sites. Growing between 60 to 90cm tall, with a spread of around 30cm, they bloom from December and continue all Summer. They are long-lived and quite drought resistant.
