Scabiosa columbaria ssp. ochroleuca has a mass of soft creamy-lemon, dainty pincushion flowers.
Not permitted for entry WA

Extra long blooming summer & autumn.
With flocks of lemon pincushions bobbing above a neat mound of finely cut foliage.
The flowers are borne on fine, but strong  wiry stems, so they really do bob about charmingly with even the slightest breeze.

Very hardy & easy to grow.
Evergreen perennial clump. Sun to Part Shade.
Wide range of soils including clay. 40cm H x 40cm W.

SEED SOWING ADVICE: EASY

Sow at any time of year in a punnet indoors, whenever suitable temperatures are available.

Indoors for quick & easy germination: Sow in punnets on surface of good quality seed raising mix. Press gently. Barely cover with 2mm of mix/ sand/grit. Keep moist at 18-21°C approx. Seedlings begin to emerge in approx. 14-21 days. But do nor discard – some seeds will continue to germinate later.

Seed Count: 50 seeds per pack approx.
