Product availability: Due to SeedScape having multiple sales avenues some products may become unavailable. If a product becomes unavailable we will contact you.

How to order:

Phone: Place your order by phoning 03 5628 4202 during business hours (10am – 4pm, Mon – Fri).

Mail: Complete the order form and mail to Seedscape 96 Laings Rd, Nayook 3832 including payment.

Fax: Fax the Completed order form to 03 5628 4202, including Credit Card details or intended method of payment. Please do not mail your order as well as this will risk duplication.

Online: Enjoy the convenience of ordering online with our secure site.

Additions: Please advise if you have placed a previous order to prevent a split consignment. We will accept additions to your original order, dependent upon availability. Additions close to dispatch time may have to be treated as a separate order.

In 2013 the Department of Agriculture and Food (DAF) introduced a quarantine inspection charge for all consignments containing plant material. All orders containing seed will now incur a $5.00 surcharge. This is in addition to freight charges. This surcharge will automatically be added to your shipping charges during the checkout process.


All payments will be processed at time of your order being placed. Payments are securely processed via Stripe Australia.


All Orders received will be dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed.


Our range is very extensive and it is difficult to predict in advance our customer’s requirements. Occasionally a variety becomes sold out. In case we are unable to supply a product in your order please list any substitutes that would be suitable. If substitutes are not listed, then we will substitute with our closest replacement. If you do not wish to receive any substitutes please state clearly on your order form NO SUBSTITUTES.

If we are unable to supply part of your order a Refund will be issued to the same credit card used for your initial payment.


We guarantee that all items leaving us are in good order, correctly labelled and carefully packed. We also guarantee excellent service, care and personal attention and we will cheerfully rectify any problem that can be reasonably shown to have occurred at our end. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage after they leave our care or during transit. We give no warranty expressed or implied as to the growth, description, quality or productiveness of the seeds after they leave our care, as these factors are governed by forces beyond our control. If you do experience any problems please contact us immediately.

All claims must be received within three months of purchase. Our Nursery Label and your invoice number must be returned with the claim.
