Ordering Terms and Conditions
Product availability: Due to SeedScape having multiple sales avenues some products may become unavailable. If a product becomes unavailable we will refund. We do not substitute.
How to order:
Online: Enjoy the convenience of ordering online with our secure site.
Phone: Place your order by phoning 03 5628 4202 during business hours (10am – 4pm, Mon – Fri) and pay securely over the phone.
Email: Send your order list fo cfp@nayook.com.au and pay securely over the phone to (03) 5628 4202 during business hours (10am – 4pm, Mon-Fri).
Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of your order being placed.
TAS: Orders dispatched immediately Tas Quarantine Biosecurity permission received. $5.00 Tas Biosecurity Fee applies. We make the application for you.
WA: Orders dispatched each Wednesday for inspection by WA Quarantine Biosecurity officials. $10.00 WA Biosecurity Fee applies per order. Fee includes Inspection by WA officials and Inspection reservation.
Additions: Please advise if you have placed a previous order to prevent a split consignment. We will accept additions to your original order, dependent upon availability. Additions close to dispatch time may have to be treated as a separate order.
Freight and Packing Charges
Seedscape ships to all states including WA and Tasmania. Unfortunately SeedScape does not ship to the Northern Territory.
EXPRESS POST: Available to all States except WA & Tasmania – Flat rate: $12.00 per order.

The Department of Agriculture and Food (DAF) require Tasmanian Biosecurity quarantine checks for all consignments containing seeds before despatch. All Tasmanian seed orders now incur a $5.00 surcharge. This is in addition to freight charges. This surcharge will automatically be added to your shipping charges during the checkout process.
* WA customers please NOTE:
The Department of Agriculture and Food (DAF) require WA Biosecurity quarantine checks and inspection at the WA border for all consignments containing seeds or plant material. All WA seed orders incur a $10.00 surcharge. This is in addition to freight charges. This surcharge will automatically be added to your shipping charges during the checkout process.
Payment
All payments will be processed at time of your order being placed. Payments are securely processed via Stripe Australia.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of your order being placed.
Availability
Our range is very extensive and it is difficult to predict in advance our customer’s requirements. Occasionally a variety becomes sold out. In case we are unable to supply a product in your order we will refund for the missing item with your order.
Warranty/Returns
We guarantee that all items leaving us are in good order, correctly labelled and carefully packed. We also guarantee excellent service, care and personal attention and we will cheerfully rectify any problem that can be reasonably shown to have occurred at our end. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage after they leave our care or during transit. We give no warranty expressed or implied as to the growth, description, quality or productiveness of the seeds after they leave our care, as these factors are governed by forces beyond our control. If you do experience any problems please contact us immediately – we are always pleased to help.
All claims must be received within three months of purchase. Your invoice number must be returned with the claim.
